Second, quotation: we have a wide range of plastic bags which can be used in the food industry, gift industry, clothing industry, chemical industry and other fields. The salesman can quote for the customers according to the following information:
I Material
The customer shall provide the material of the bags. If the customer is not clear about the material, he can provide us samples or tell us the details of the products they are going to package, such as the weight, cube, etc. We shall provide the customers reasonable suggestions.
II Bag-type
We can provide trilateral closure (zipper) bag, four sides seal (zipper) bag, slide zipper bag, bottom-inserted zipper bags, back sealing bags, back sealing side-inserted bags, side sealing bags, fold bags, etc.
III Size
The customer shall provide the length and width of the bag, the size of the inserted edge and inserted bottom.
IV Printing
Our company has advanced printing equipments. The eight-color printing machines and twelve-color printing machines are all computer-controlled. They can print twelve colors.
V We can accept small orders.
Third, drawing-making: the customer shall provide the drawings. After the revision of the plate-making factory, customer shall confirm the drawings. We will confirm the drawings with the customer when signing the contract. Our designers can design the drawings according to the documents (ai, pdf) provided by the customers or their requirements.
Fourth, die-making: The engraving company shall make dies according to the drawings provided by the designer.
Fifth, bag production: We will first make samples according to the customer’s requirements. After the confirmation of the customer, we will produce the bags in mass.
Sixth, packaging: The finish department shall package the bags. Usually we use cartons. We can also provide other kinds of packaging according to the customer’s requirements.
Seventh, delivery: Our driver will deliver the goods to the destination where the customer designated after having received the delivery notice.
Eighth, after-sale service: We will e-mail the customers and ask the function of the goods we made to make sure if there are any quality problems. And we will deal with these problems in time. We will try our best to enforce remedies when problems happened. Every quarter or year, we will do a customer satisfactory research to get to know the customers’ suggestions and the problems we have and try to make a corresponding improvement.
